Put eggs in cold water. Bring to boil then boil for 10 min. Drain and let sit for 10 min. Then run in cold water for 10 minutes. Shell right away. (If you flip the eggs over, the night before cooking, it is supposed to center the yolks)
I'm not sure what flipping the eggs over the night before does. You should remove that line. I would imagine it makes absolutely no difference since an egg shifts while boiling and changes composition...
Please post recipes you have tried and that work so we can all share them! You can add details and stories if you would like!
Please put the title of the recipe with your name (so we know whose recipe it is) as the title of the post so it's easier to look back in the blog archive and find the recipe you are looking for.
When you add recipes, in the box at the bottom of each post, be sure to type in "Labels for this post" the type of dish it is, i.e. Salads, Main Dishes, etc. You can add more than one label. i.e. If it's popcorn, you may want to put it under Dessert and Snacks. Just put a comma between the two or three or however many you add. These will then be listed on the blog on the top right as "Labels." So if you are looking for a salad recipe, just click the label called "Salads" and you will get a list of all the salads, etc.
Don't forget, you can add photos of the recipe if you would like!
